About
Before we start, I want you to know who you're working with.
I'm not interested in a flashy photo for Instagram. I'm interested in whether you'll still be training in six months — and whether you'll do it without the pain you knew before.
I don't judge the starting point. I build the plan from it.
Most of my clients start from the same place: failed attempts, an old injury, or years without movement behind them. I take this work seriously, because for many people, this isn't "just another attempt" — it's often the last one before they give up for good.
Program
Choose the pace of your transformation.
A few ways to work together — the difference is time and depth of change. Each one starts with the same free consultation. Sessions run 60 minutes.
Every package starts with a free, 20-minute consultation. Calorie and macronutrient estimates are general guidance and don't replace advice from a registered dietitian.

FAQ
Questions I hear most often.
I haven't exercised in years. Isn't it too late?
No. Most people I work with start from exactly this place. Training begins with an assessment, not assumptions — we match the pace to your starting point, not the other way around.
I have an injury or chronic back pain. Can I even train?
In most cases, yes — in a way adapted to your situation. The movement assessment at the start of our work shows what's safe and what we avoid for now.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope of our work, which is why I don't publish a price list — we settle it during the free consultation, once I know your situation and goals.
Do you train in person or online?
Both are possible — some clients combine the two. We figure this out individually, based on what works for you.
How long until I see results?
The first changes in how you feel and move usually show up within a few weeks. Lasting results are built over months, not days — that's one of the rules of safe training.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Usually 2-3 sessions a week are enough to see real progress — the plan is built so it's sustainable within your schedule.
Take the first step before you make another excuse.
A free, 20-minute conversation — no obligation. We'll talk through your situation and figure out if I can help.
Does this sound familiar?
Do you recognize yourself in any of these?
A back that flares up the moment you start exercising regularly.
An old injury that still decides what you avoid at the gym.
Another workout plan from the internet that nobody adapted to you.
A job that eats your whole day, so training has to be short and purposeful.
You don't need more motivation. You need a plan that accounts for who you actually are.
